Pierce Sjodin is a Malibu-based artist working in paint, ink, and textile. Self-taught and driven by intuition, his work transforms found materials—vintage book pages, salvaged fabrics, weathered paper—into meditations on landscape and memory.

Each piece begins as a conversation between surface and subject. Old texts become skies. Worn cloth becomes terrain. The process is slow, deliberate, and deeply personal.

Beyond paintings, Pierce creates one-of-a-kind garments—hand-painted jackets, custom denim, wearable pieces that carry the same spirit as his canvas work.
